Mayor talks about ECoC

The Mayor of Toruń, Michał Zaleski, gave a statement about the recent situation where Bydgoszcz decided to take part in ECoC competition.

According to Mr. Mayor that recent act of Bydgoszcz differs from what was agreed between Toruń and Bydgoszcz. For Toruń, the idea of “cooperation in culture” is still very important.
