Toruń 2016 in Grudziądz
On Tuesday, April 27th, the head of Toruń 2016, director Krystian Kubjaczyk, will meet culture animators and NGO activists in Grudziądz. This will be another meeting, after the one in Włocławek, aimed at promoting the grant project of Toruń 2016 among regional artists.
