This weekend in the "Room with a Kitchen" space in Torun CoCA is going to be really interesting.
The Friday Krytyka Polityczna Club invites you to a controversial documentary about the Red Brigades, on Saturday will play a concert of the charming Finnish artist LAU NAU and on Sunday we are waiting for "Spaghetti Western"
The movie "Red Brigades" talks about the origins of this terrorist organization in Italy. It's back to the '60s, when a group of young communists and anarchists left the party, and formulate "l'Appartamento" - the book full of revolutionary ideas. This group soon became the one of the most dangerous terrorist groups - the Red Brigades.
LAU NAU (Laura Naukkarinen) is a Finnish artist associated with the Chicago label Locust. At the Finnish freak folk scene she appeared more than 10 years ago. Her concerts - recognized by the magazine "The Wire" as one of the best in the world - are described as charming and full of warmth.
The last element of the weekend in the CCA is a "Physiology of taste: SPAGHETTI WESTERN." Torun, can boast the first retrospective of this species that occurred in 2009 at the International Film Festival Tofifest. Now we return to it at the CoCA.

Exhibition will be an event of XVI Torun Books Festival 2010.
Buldog bites in Od Nowa Club

Buldog - founded by musicians of famous Kult group - will play in Torun.
group will present unconventional arrangements of poems by Polish poets: Tuwim, Staff and Barańczak. The poems in the new musical frame belongs to the latest album of the band "Christ the city". Buldog was created in 2004 by persons directly connected with the famous Kult band.
In 2006 Buldog released their first album titled simply "The Record". In 2010 group released a second album, "Christ the City". The song "To the generals" was a big success.
Bulldog is a project completely independent and, therefore, is both an independent publisher of their album.
